Due to the ADF&G drawing changes, the state is requiring a client to sign a Guide/Client Agreement Statement with a guide legally registered in the hunt area prior to submittal of your drawing permit application. You must sign below to be eligible to apply for any drawing permits.

We encourage every sheep hunter that is interested in having the best chance for a trophy ram, to apply in the Tok, 13D, 14A, and 14C limited draw areas.
Dall sheep applications have to be submitted in November of the year prior to hunts. The State application deadline is December 6, 2008. We would need your completed applications and fees by November 25th to ensure timely filing with the state. You may pay by check or money order.
The 14C draws have two archery only sheep hunts. Hunter must be IBEP or equivalent certified. Hunt dates for these permits are September 5th- 30th and October 1st - 10th.
If you want to apply for a party application provide the name of the person you want to hunt with and a copy of the party application. Party applications are only available online. They can be downloaded from
May of 2007 will be the last draw period when party applications will be accepted by mail. After May 2007 party applications will only be accepted through the online process.
Kodiak Brown bear hunts require a Guide/Client Agreement (provided by Alaska Guide Outfitters) to be signed prior to the application deadline. A copy of the agreement has to be sent to the Kodiak office of the Alaska Department of Fish and Game. Alaska Guide Outfitters will provide this service to you.
Hunt Choices and Fees: Please circle your hunt choices and submit completed forms along with your check or money order as full payment for all license and hunt application fees to Gary S. Munoz, 2095 N. Belmont Avenue, Palmer, AK 99645. You may fax your completed application to 907-761-4077 but it will not be processed and submitted until full payment is received.

If paying by personal check, your completed forms and full payment must be received in our office no later than November 18th. This will allow for the required processing time of out of state checks.

Non-resident Kodiak Brown Bear Draw Applications are submitted in May for fall seasons and November for spring seasons. Hunt seasons for Brown Bear in GMU 8 are:
Spring season: April 1-May 15 Fall Season: October 25-November 30
Mountain Goat Season 13D, 14A, 14C: Septebmer 5-October 31, application process is in November
Moose Season 14C: September 5-September 30, application process is in May
